When your payment goes through for your order, you should automatically receive an order confirmation. This should be done immediately but can sometimes take some time.

ORDER AND DELIVERY

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as you have completed the order. When the package is on its way, you will receive an email or SMS with the delivery information. There you will find information regarding your delivery and how you can track your package. Your order is primarily delivered directly to your mailbox, unless otherwise stated. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it is automatically delivered to the nearest delivery point. You will receive a notification as soon as your package is available for collection. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order and you still have not received your package, please contact us at hello@poddbudy.se and we will help you! Please note that delays may occur for your order for circumstances beyond the control of the podcaster. For example. delivery time may vary depending on external factors such as: technical problems, strikes, delays with third parties, etc.

If you have chosen standard delivery, the package should arrive within 2-3 working days within Sweden and between 5 – 10 days outside of Sweden.

Within Sweden, we offer delivery through Postnord. In the first instance, the package is delivered directly to the delivery address you have entered. If the package does not fit in the mailbox, you will receive a notification to pick up the package at your nearest postal agent.

Yes, we offer international delivery.

Please note that we deliver through Postnord and are therefore subject to the same restrictions as the countries to which Postnord does not deliver.

Your package will normally remain with your postal agent for 14 days after arrival. If you do not pick up your package, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you to find a solution.

Please note that the time that packages remain with your postal agent may vary depending on each country’s postal management rules and depending on occasion.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, VAT and customs taxes may apply. You are responsible for the payment of such taxes and customs costs.

Poddbuddy is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use for charging in your country's currency. If you have further questions regarding VAT and customs fees, contact your local customs office for more information.

All our products are made of carefully selected materials made out of the highest quality.

We want to aim to find cases that suit all individuals regardless of individual preference. That is why we have materials such as silicone and polyuteran (PU). Polyuteran is a harmless hybrid plastic used to make tailored cases.

For example. we use PU leather which is a form of genuine leather that is used to maintain the same shape and class as genuine leather but which protects the animals from harm.

Twice a month, we recommend that you remove the AirPods case to clean and care for hygienic reasons.

If the case becomes wet or damp, we recommend that you remove the case at once and dry it thoroughly before further use. Remember that the case must always be dry during use.

RETURN AND CHANGE OF PRODUCTS

You have the right to return one or more products for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

In order for your return to be approved, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers.
  • The product must not be tailored to the customer's specific wishes.

Please also note:

  • You as a customer pay the return cost.
  • We do not approve the return of gift cards.

  • Failure to follow care instructions may void the warranty.

Note that the value of your product decreases over time and that this is taken into account when assessing warranty issues.

GIFT CARD

When you click on "Buy now" or navigate to the check-out page, there is a box on the right where you can enter your gift card code. You enter the code on your gift card and click "Apply" and the amount will be deducted when you complete your order.

A gift card is a voucher that a company can offer its customers to buy. The company itself decides what conditions the value document must-have. For example, its validity, in which stores the gift card may be used, whether it may be used online or whether it can be combined with other discounts or offers. Below you will find the terms and conditions of our gift cards:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost gift cards will not be replaced
  • Your gift card code is personal and should not be shared with others
  • The validity period of your gift card is on the card. The validity period cannot be extended.
  • Gift cards can be partially used in cases where the product's price is less than the value of the gift card. When buying online, the remaining value will be left on your gift card.

The validity period is stated on your gift card. Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to extend the validity period. When the validity period has passed, the card becomes unusable.
